Q: Which insurance companies do you honor?   A: We honor most major insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate, Country Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Kemper, and many more.  If you have any questions about your insurance company, give us a call.       Q: How long will it take to repair my car?   A: Most small jobs that require painting will usually take 2-3 days.  Small jobs include small dents, scratches, bumper replacement, etc.  Larger jobs such as a complete side repair or front-end damage will usually take 3-5 days.       Q: What if I need a rental car?   A: If a rental car is needed we can refer you to a local company that is located 5 minutes from our facility.  When you arrive at our shop to drop off your vehicle, a phone call can be made to have them deliver a car to our shop within minutes.       Q: When and how do I have to pay for my deductible?   A: Your deductible payment can be made directly to our shop upon completion/pick up of your vehicle.  We accept checks, cash, or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover).       Q: What type of paint do you use?   A: We use DuPont Automotive Refinishes.  This is one of the highest quality paints available and comes with a lifetime warranty.  This system also includes computerized color-matching technology which enables us to match the finish on your vehicle.  This ensures that the area repaired will blend with the rest of the vehicle.
